Hey everyone, hope you are all in good health and striving for your goals

I want to have a rant about an issue that came up yesterday but I wont, ill just say this…please do not affiliate yourself with me unless you are affiliated with me hahaha.  Sorry but I think it’s a bit sad that people try to get somewhere by dropping other peoples names…im not even well know for what I do…yet!!  But what killed me was that this person and I don’t even talk after their un-professionalism shone through.

Ok so yesterday was the Jay-Z gig in London town and most people I spoke to would have killed any member of there family if it meant being there….why???  Yeah he is great at what he does but if you couldn’t afford the tickets to go then you obviously should be concentrating on your own growth in whatever field you are in!!! 

And whilst im on the subject of American rappers, Mr.West has had a not so pleasant response from his actions at the VMA’s…even Mr Obama called him a Jackass

Personally I think he said out loud what he thought and that’s it…why should he get slated for that?  Imagine how many other people in that audience were thinking the same or a similar thing.  Not only this but this is what he is known for…you cant love it sometimes and then go in on him at other times…that’s not cool.

Ok so as I sit here writing this, iv just had over 14 hours of sleep (and I could have quite easily continued with my zzz marathon if it wasn’t for having to get up and work!), trying to recover from my business trip to Lille…all ill say for now is it was extremely productive and the possibilities for the next two years are looking amazing…this includes projects both in the UK as well as on a transnational basis…keep an eye out for a more detailed blog of what we will be doing and who we will be looking for to get involved…could be a great opportunity for some of you to jump on board.

Also before I went away, I attended 2 close friend’s bday’s so just a quick shout out to Yondie and Terri…the event was considerably more successful than the last time we attempted to celebrate Yondie’sbirthday hahaha sorry cant go into any more details than that lol.  I had a great time hun and wish you a massive belated bday mwah xx!!! Look out for this young lady who is doing a lot right now…POW!! As for Terri she is  good friend and busines partner (www.wedding-jewels.co.uk) so i was happy i could attend her bday shenanigans in the end. 

Although your reading this on my blog, im actually writing it before it was completed so still have to send a lot of content over to Ian…believe me when I say there are not enough hours in the day at the moment (especially when I spend a lot of it asleep like yesterday lol)…so iv been thinking I need a P.A…never thought id find myself saying that but hey, I cant do everything youll be shocked to hear.

Hey everyone, welcome and thank you for visiting my site and blog…I know I know its taken a while to get sorted but there were a few problems with the people that started to redesign it but then Ian at digital movement came along and saved the day…I would strongly recommend them.

The aim of this site is to showcase some of my work that I have done since I started in photography professionally since the beginning of 2008…there is a story behind how I started and I promise ill write a whole blog on that subject alone!  Some of the images you may have seen before via my facebook (Saira Awan if you haven’t added me yet …look out for the group page soon too) etc but iv kept a lot of it under wraps up until this site was up so I could hit you with it at full speed…hope you like what you see.  Going through the images to choose which ones I wanted to display on here has been tough…the main reason for this being the sheer amount of photographs I have taken over the last year and a half…it’s a lot believe me!!

Iv been blessed since undertaking this as my career, a lot of people say iv been lucky but I strongly believe that diligence is the mother of good luck…you can quote me on that

Well iv chosen some and I’m sure I will be updating the site as and when new shoots have been completed so keep an eye out and spread the word…:)

One of the most important things to me on my journey is just that…the journey!  Iv met some amazing people on my way so far and worked with awesome individuals who are all striving to be the best they can be in what they do so iv attached some images of some of these beautiful faces…may I meet many more !!!

‘The Client’ refers to visitors of this site along with any individual or organisation/corporate company that decide to employ the photographer on a freelance basis.

‘Image’ and ‘Photographs’ means all photographic material furnished by the photographer, whether transparencies, negatives, prints or any other type of physical or electronic material.

‘Shoot’ refers to the actual taking of the photographs, whether this be in a studio or on location (indoor or outdoors).

1.The entire copyright in/of the photographs on this site are retained by the photographer (Saira Awan of SAI Photography) at all times through the world.  They may not be used without permission.     For permission to use, please email info@saiphotography.com or telephone +44 7763 901717.  Please refer to ‘The 1988 Copyright Act’

1.b.There fore the client may not download, reproduce, copy, store, manipulate, project, use or alter in any way, alone or with any other material, or by use of computer or other electronic means with the express written permission of the photogfrapher.

1.c.By entering the site you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.  Entrance to this sitre is expressly on these conditions.

1.d.No images are within the public domain.

2.Clients employing the photographer on a freelance basis will receive images on a licence basis, agreed before shoot takes place.

2.b.If no licence is discussed or agreed prior to shoot, due to unforeseen circumstances eg last minute shoot, then client will be informed of licence by photographer on handover of images (normally 6 months-uk rights).

2.c.The images will be licensed depending on intended usage of images and length of usage.

3.Payment by the client will be expected for the commissioned work within 30 days of the relevant invoice.  If the invoice is not paid, in full, within 30 days the photographer reserves the right to charge interest at the rate described by the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (interest) Act 1998 from the date payment was due until the date the payment in made.

4. Images will be sent either in digital format (online), digital format (cd or dvd) or printed version (prints, album, photobook etc.) depended on pre agreed format by photographer and client. 

4.b Client is asked to confirm receipt of images once received.

4.c photographer must be advised of any problems with images within 24 hours of receipt otherwise images will not be resent.
